Fábrica Maravillas, in Madrid Spain, was the the first brewery/dining project put together by David Rodriguez. After it was completed in 2012, it quickly gained recognition, winning ratebeer.com’s best Spanish brewpub in 2013 and figuring among The Guardian’s top ten European brewpubs in 2014. It was a popular hangout in the central area of Madrid, attracting both locals and visitors to the city. The brewery served beer made on premises, along with a limited tapas menu.
